TDs and Hosts: We have many helpers in the club who do a
wonderful job. BUT, our tournaments are growing in size and more help is
needed to avoid low registration limit for our tournaments. We need Hosts
and TDs who can show initiative, and help out in 2-5 tournaments per month

Country Contact for Sweden (CC):We also need a swedish person who can
function as our Country Contact, representing the club and our Swedish
members. That person can be you if you want to: Asssist in getting more
Swedish members, assist in making the Swedish members feel at home in our
friendship club etc. More CC assistants are also needed for ALL our

Bidding/Alerting/Explanations
In the ‘Members’ section of this web-site is now
created a section where it is given examples of bids that should be alerted
and how explanations of bids should be done. This is meant as a main
guideline for players and directors. Please read this section and give
feedback. It is made place for suggestions and comments from members.
Limit on number players in our tourneys
Number of TDs registered to run a tourney regulate
how many players can join that tourney. It MAY be limitations on number
pairs (players) in our tournaments where we have not enough TDs registered.
If limit is filled, offline players (pairs) will be removed ca. 3 minutes
before tourney starts. Full is Full. Mixed Pairs tourneys will close
registration ca. 5 minutes before start. This is to give the TDs/Hosts a
possibility to get an overview if any not mixed pairs have signed in, (
